Playgroup

Highbury Playgroup is a 0 – 5 playgroup, run Friday, even weeks of the school term. Highbury Playgroup is held at Highbury Preschool, where children can access climbing equipment, swings, a large sandpit as well as the exciting activities that are setup. The activities can include drawing, painting, craft, playdough, messy and sensory play and are usually based around a theme for that week. Each session finishes with a group mat time, where families can join in with some songs and a story.

Highbury Playgroup is a collaboration between Highbury Preschool and Highbury Primary School, with the grounds of Highbury Primary School being used at different times throughout the year. Playgroup offers children and their families a fun morning to learn and play together, connect with other families and an opportunity to become familiar with both the preschool and school grounds.
